We Get It.

The simple, yet complicated, reason that clients find us valuable.

A while back we hired a management consultant to help us determine, from our clients' perspective, what made us valuable to them. The answer: "We get it." It took hours of interviews and documented feedback to get to an answer that was so simple, yet so complicated at the same time.


What does "we get it" mean? For one, it means that we listen. We get our arms around business problems and get into marketing strategy. We look at the big picture with a wide lens and determine how our projects will support and enhance a clients immediate and long range needs.


Sometimes it means a unique marketing opportunity for a client has popped up and action needs to happen. We understand that businesses don't always have the luxury of time and it's our job to do what's needed to turn an opportunity into a success.


It also means that we are very good at communicating the client's brand. We understand their core; that often hard to pinpoint attribute that makes them special in the marketplace, and tell the world about it. For some clients it is helping them define their brand...taking what they are truly about and putting it into visual formats that people can understand.


Finally, it's often just a plain old compliment. Many design firms tout their creativity. Well, you expect a design firm to be creative. We get the fact that what businesses need is far beyond that. They need a partner that can speak their language, one that understands budgeting and scheduling, and one that brings them results. And that's us.
